Project SEARCH Caerphilly - Education

What we do

Our supported internship is a one-year full-time programme for students aged 18-24 with additional learning needs and/or autism. The programme has been developed to support students in order to achieve sustainable paid employment by combining work-based learning with a personalised study programme.
The focus of the programme is to equip students with the relevant skills and qualifications that they will need for employment in their chosen area.
Communication, numeracy and digital literacy skills remain a key part of the programme framework, with opportunities to develop and practice these skills within the workplace.
