Aimed at 2- 6 year olds and a parent or carer must be present throughout.
Ideal for toddlers, pre-schoolers and homeschool community.

1 hour fun Kids Yoga story adventure sessions, book in block of 3 weeks for October or 5 weeks in November/December or as single sessions.

Yogi Tots will discover the fun of story yoga as we start with a fun yoga game and explore yoga poses as we go on an adventure together where the kids get to be part of the story & all ideas are welcome! We practice calming breathing, & enjoy a gentle relaxation at the end as an introduction to mindfulness for kids & wellbeing through movement.

We often share crafts & activities together to bring our yoga story adventure to life too.
