All residents of Cardiff who are deemed to be in food crisis by our referral agencies. Please note that clients need a voucher code to access the Foodbank. Clients need a voucher to access the Foodbank. Vouchers are available from all Council Hubs and other organisations listed on our website. Clients should take as much information as possible to demonstrate that they are genuinely in food crisis.
