Beth rydym ni'n ei wneud
We provide activities in school holidays for children referred via the Social Services Disability >25 team. Services include activity days, independent living skills , sessional support for children to attend Kids Kamps in local leisure centres. We also arrange 'Gift13+' and 'Gift 5 to 13' provision for those with more complex / significant needs.
We provide Saturday Clubs for children. These are split into age groups: 5 - 9, 10+and 13+. Referrals are via the Social Services Disability >25 team. These are based in Abergele - these clubs aim to give the young people a chance to mix with their peers and offer respite for families. Activities include cooking, board games, arts and crafts and sensory play.
We provide a social group for children aged 5 to 11. We have three clubs running per week and meet in 4 locations across the county.

All our children/ young people have a disability - provision is out-in-place, enabling them to access activities in their own community wherever possible.
