Beth rydym ni'n ei wneud
Every month Swansea Carers Centre offer free holistic therapies to carers and former carers. The therapies offer carers an opportunity to de-stress and have some ‘me’ time which is so vital to anyone with a caring responsibility. “Carers can have such hectic and challenging lives. Having just a short break and relaxing therapy can have an incredibly positive impact on a person’s overall wellbeing”.
