• Rhowch fanylion am gefnogaeth i blant gydag anableddau / anghenion ychwanegol? Yes Cysylltwch i drafod anghenion eich plentyn(plant) ymhellach. Young People with ALN will receive support from staff. If the Young Person requires 1-1 then we will outsource a worker to aid the young person in accessing the provision.
